The Knelson batch tank is a slurry-water holding tank located at the producer's batch plant. It is plumbed to the storage/recovery tank on the Knelson CRS and acts as a final reservoir for slurry water. The final discharge valve on the batch tank is controlled by the producer's batch computer as a designated water.
The batch tank includes the following:
Two sizes
480 gallon and 780 gallon capacities
Auto-refill
Ensures a steady supply of batch water at all times.
Agitation
Mixing is supplied by an in-tank agitator and tank baffles
High speed delivery
Up to 500 gallons per minute to the batch process
Easy Installation
Tank comes fully assembled.
Options
Can be supplied with a weigh hopper and/or a tank stand.
